Hello, I'm seeking advice on how I should find a CPA/ Complete tax returns given my situation.

For Starters I have not yet completed my 2021 taxes as the previous company I was working with never completed return after filing extension.

I am looking to maximize real. estate deductions as in 2021 - 2022 I have rehabbed , and purchased properties. 
I currently own 2 properties in my LLC and on Househack in my name. and currently have a W2 job as well.

Looking for CPA's that are knowledgeable of OH and PA taxes 

I currently utilize QuickBooks.

Sorry If I'm all over the place, just really hoping I can find a good fit as I'm really hoping to have the funds spent on Real estate property accounted for. If I'm talking your language please feel free to reach out.
