Contact which ever firm is the largest commercial real estate office in your area. Ask them for recommendations. Looking at your back posts. You’re in a large enough area to have a good Tax accountant for Real Estate. I would also ask other developers in your area. Most CPAs won’t be good tax strategists. I would also look at finding a good Wealth (not financial) manager and a good trust Attorney. Look for ones with Real estate clients. Most financial planners get paid based on your Stocks and bond portfolio and won’t be of help. Check with your banker also for team members.
Tax strategy can be many things. I would also read some personal wealth and tax strategy books just to help broaden the discussion.
@Brendan Fucci check out the forums for lists (there are tons of threads esp for virtual firms) and there is also a small directory (not sure how that works). Now is the time to find a new strategist vs waiting until the Fall!
