Property Taxes In California - Transfer

I'm not a CPA, but a big kickback from sellers that have a ton of equity is they do not want (rightfully so) their property taxes to increase when they trade their home. The average % for CA is 1.25% of the purchase price, Prop. 19 helps with this in a big way!
