Do Real Estate Agents have to divulge whether a home they are attempting to sell has had any "deaths" in it?
I know this sounds crazy...but my wife and I are into those ghost shows on television but as someone who's had a relative die in their home...it does creep me out moving into another home that has had a death. Are agents supposed to tell a buyer whether the house has 'history' such as death. If not, are they required if asked?
Buy a brand new house, then. Have a priest come in to bless it.
Many houses have had a death in them. It's a lucky person who gets to die at home, in their own bed, and not in an impersonal hospital.
Why on earth would a person who would not harm you or frighten you when they were alive suddenly have a big personality change and turn into an evil creature out to devour your soul?
