I am looking for a recommendation for a lawyer to help set up my LLC's as an asset protection strategy. I live in a suburb on the east side of Cleveland and would prefer, but not require, that the lawyer has an office on the east side. Thanks.
You should look into setting your LLC in states such as Delaware or Wyoming for maximum protection. You can do some further reading here: http://www.corporatedirect.com/
