Will I pay Transfer Tax in Texas as a wholesaler?

As a wholesaler, do I have to pay transfer tax in Texas? Or does the seller generally pay it? According to www.ncsl.org Texas pays zero transfer tax. Is that right?

I have not done my first deal yet and wondering if I need to take that into account.
