Hi BP, does anyone have a recommendation for a RE attorney that has done a loan mod and/or deed-in-lieu for you in Charlotte NC? Thank you in advance!

    I use Jaimee Bond with Bond Helfing Law Group. She's licensed in both NC and SC and handles all of my buyer/seller deals on the investment side. I'm sure she can assist. Just google her contact information!
