If the mortgage for my rental is still under my name - should I have all my lease agreements and rental payments addressed to a separate company/llc?

    Some people do it.

    If you decide to do it, please talk to your lender if you plan on using her or his services for 'soft money' mortgage financing within the next 2 years.
