Dear BP members,
I am looking at partnering with any good and experienced CPAs and real estate attorneys that will be able to provide some form of a reseller agreement with my local Singapore company. My Singapore company will be facilitating investors here to invest in US Real Estate and we already have a couple of investors lined up in the next few weeks.
The services again are:
1) CPAs 2) Real Estate Attorneys 3) Property Managers
I hope they will be well-versed with foreign nationals and foreign corporations and able to advised on the tax implications relating to the foreign nationals and corporations.

Your CPA can be located anywhere as tax laws tend to be a national issue with a very few localized issues that most CPAs can research easily if they are not already familiar with them.
An attorney should be local to where you are investing as real estate law changes not only state by state, but can vary county by county.
