LLC Company Renewal and Tax File

Hi,

Can someone please offer me an advise me?

I have registered LLC with GlobeAmerica last in August in hoping to start investing in US.

Currently there is no activity (slow start). I have received an email from the company telling that I need to lodge my tax and renew my company.

They started that any LLC company registered before 1.1.2016 need to be renewed.

It's this legitimate???
