I am looking at ordering Bobs 1K package that is said to show you how to setup trusts and corps in the best legal way possible. I wanted to know what anyone's experiance has been with this program. If you have a better suggestion please do not hesitate to mention it. I am in NC and will be investing in Chicago Baltimore and Ohio if that helps any.

I would avoid this, Real estate has tax advantages to the individual that are not available to trust and c-corps. Also the cost of setting up and maintaining usually cost more than any tax savings. Spend your money and buy a few hours with a good lisenced tax professional in your area to set your investments up for the best taxable benefit to your specific situation. Hire someone who owns investment real estate themselves and has some letters behind their name. Hope this helps good luck!

Trusts can be incredibly complex and have very specific requirements, and you should not set them up without an attorney with trust experience, so it is hard to see what benefit you would get from this program. Since you need an experienced attorney to help you with it anyway, just spend the money on walking through your needs with an attorney you trust.

@Cameron Skinner@Samuel R. Harden, Bob is a highly successful and respected attorney. I got the package, and it seems useful, but I went ahead and had Bob work w/ me personally to set up my entities based on a consultation.
He was a bit slower than I expected/wanted, but I'm very happy w/ the work he did for me. If I had to do it again, I'd have probably skipped buying the package, and just hired him to do the work for me directly.

@Chris Soignier I think the point is that he worked with you directly. If he is selling a personal service, then great. If he is selling expertise that you can't implement without additional help, then you're wasting your money.

His package is very complete and offers all the forms, advice, etc. I could have asked for. I could have done it myself, but I wanted personal advice tailored to my unique situation and business strategies.
