Hi all!
I apologize, as I know this has been covered before but I cannot seem to get the search function to populate with any posts related to Clarksville!
Does anyone have any recommendations for a real estate attorney in the Clarksville, TN area? I am new to the area and in the process of closing on my first property and would love to have a good person to go to, preferably someone who invests, for the legal side of things.
Hello and welcome to Clarksville. I just moved here my self, not sure of any attorneys but wanted to recommend joining the local Clarksville real estate meetup. You can find more info about it on meetup.com. Currently I think there are about 40 people that go several of which are attorneys, its every 3rd Thursday.
@Account Closed that is an awesome piece of info! I had heard a club had started up but I was failing to find it on the google! Thank you so much. Obviously won't make this months but I will definitely try to be there next month. Thanks again.
Hopefully this closing goes smoothly but that would require the builder to actually build the building which is apparently something he doesn't want to do?
