God willing, I will be closing on my first house in the Pasco - Kennewick - Richland area in a few weeks. This will be my own residence and my first transaction. I am looking to go full bore investing after I get this experience under my belt. Does anyone know a good, reasonable real estate lawyer in the area that works with investors? If they are the right fit for me, I plan to start my LLC as soon as I secure my first investment, my own home. Any help would be appreciated.

Congratulations Xavier! A local real estate attorney that was recommended to me is Coke Roth, in Kennewick on Gage. I had a half-hour phone consultation with him and he was very helpful, friendly and forthright.
