Hi,

Does anyone have recommendations on a CPA who focuses on Real Estate in the Los Angeles area. Would prefer a practitioner in the LA area to be most familiar with State Rules and who can recommend different servicers in the area (for 1031 trusts etc.). 

Also, I would prefer someone who solely practices as a CPA.
