I'm living in New York, but investing out of state. Was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a good CPA to work with.

Bernard W. Are you looking for someone in NYC? I live in upstate NY so am familiar with NY tax law but a bit too far for face to face meetings. Dave

You're right about that @Dave Holland-seems we go round this all the time, especially with those from 'the City'. I meant to say Plattsburgh, not Pittsburgh though. Do you know anyone you could refer in the Buffalo/Niagara region?

Pamela DeLorenzo you're right about that! Sorry I don't happen to know anyone in that area my best suggestion would be to maybe ask around at a local REO group if you want to use someone local. Dave
