Hi All, I need an attorney in or around West Palm Beach to help me with structuring my real estate investments. I've asked before and had some referrals (thanks all), however business must be good because none of them called me back! So I'm on the hunt again..... Thanks for the help. Tim.

Hi @Jason M. and @Adam Adams... Thanks for the replies.

Attorney: Trying to move rental properties into LLC's.

Deals: I currently have 4 properties, and am looking for another. I would like to find something that I can apply the famed BRRR approach to. I have enough cash and experience now that I would like to get a little more sophisticated with my next purchase. It would probably be single family or small multi. By all means hit me up if anyone would like to chat further. Thanks Again.

Oh awesome! I wonder, and I am just brainstorming here, if you could transfer title into a trust and then assign the beneficial interest to your LLC? I say that because I have heard, but I am not a lawyer, that it would trigger a sale to move title strait into the LLC.

Like I said, I am just thinking out loud here, I'd love to hear how it goes!

ANYWAY you should try Bob at Swaine and Harris P.A.

(I don't know if I am allowed to put there website on here or not?

...its HEART LAND LAW DOT COM if you can read between the lines...)

    Good Luck!

Great, thanks guys. @Adam Adams I think you're right about the transfer process getting a bit tricky with the mortgage/bank involvement.
