I am about to schedule a appointment with my real estate attorney, its by phone and he is in another state, but should be familiar with the laws here in Texas. What questions should I ask when dealing with a real estate attorney?

    What are you mainly using him for?

    To be honest with you, it is typically not wise to use an attorney in another state if you do not have to.

    Matthew Anderson counsel, I purchased this legal package and part of it is free counsel with a real estate attorney. I figure I might as well take advantage that benefit and schedule a call.
