Hi there, I'd like to purchase 3 properties. Can anyone recommend any banks/lenders that loan to self-directed IRAs and they've had good experience with? How much down payment?
There are a limited number of banks that do non-recourse loans. The leaders that operate in all 50 states include First Western Federal Savings in SD and North American Savings Bank in MO.
