Greetings,

We have a property in Nashville Tennessee that was last from our grandmother. It appraised at about $150k as is. Before she passed she took out a second mortgage through Bank of America.

We are going through the process of transferring ownership but is taking time.

How do I find out information on Lien? It's a second mortgage. Is there a paid website I can use ?
