Hey Everybody, I was curious if anybody had an attorney here in Huntsville that they have used to write up a contract for a hard money lender? Thanks!

    You're closing attorney should have those docs readily available and can fine-tune it for your needs.

    @Chase Burkett any closing attorney here in town should be able to help you draft whatever documents you need. There’s a bunch on Merchants Walk behind the Whole Foods.
