I'm looking for recommendations for an attorney in the Wilmington, NC area to help with real estate partnership agreements, forming LLCs for real estate holdings, operating agreements, etc. Any recommendations on who to hirewould be very helpful!

Chris Huff is great. Small firm and he's very hands on. Does all my personal real estate stuff and well versed on LLCs, partnerships, and all things real estate and business.
