Hi. Does anyone have a solid recommendation for a real estate lawyer in Tulsa, OK who not only has set up Series LLC but also know tax law or at least has experience with it? I'd love the trifecta though: real estate law, tax law, also an investor.
@Dakini Jaeger Jay Moisant is a real estate attorney based out of Oklahoma City. I've had a good experience with him so far. He might be able to help you out too.
If you don't mind me asking, why are you seeking out an attorney in Tulsa? Are you planning to invest there?
@Tom Ostasik thanks. I am investing in Tulsa and have 3 doors there already. CO isn't a state that allows for the formation of a series LLC. So it makes more sense to work with someone out there that has more experience with the process. Basically I really only need a lawyer to draft the operating agreement for me and be the registered agent. The rest is easy and something I can do.
