Ok, more seriously, Jason has an excellent question. There are numerous highly qualified real estate attorneys. The better ones for you may be those who focus their expertise in the area that includes what you are doing.
The real estate business is very complex with many segments. If there are real estate title companies or real estate closing companies in your area, you may consider calling around to see who they see representing clients most often and who have the happiest clients.

@Jason Dillard@Tom Goans Thank you for your responses. I am buying new construction and I just need a lawyer to manage the closing. I understand that SC is an attorney state so Title will run through them. The options through the builder seem pricey, and I have the liberty to find my own so wanted to see if there were any recommendations. I am in Georgia so have my resources here but looking for recommendations in Greenville.
Would you know of a good property manager in the Greenville area? I'm going to be looking for someone by end of the year but have a friend (a real friend, not an alter ego :)) that needs on ASAP. This person may have 3/4 in the very near future if he's comfortable.

I realize this is an old thread, but does anyone in the Upstate area have a recommendation for a closing attorney who is familiar with simultaneous closings and has worked with wholesalers?
