Looking for recommendations from Houston area investors on hard money lenders.  I would greatly appreciate any insight on your experience with the lender you are referring.

There are a lot of choices when it comes to selecting a hard money lender. Having someone you can trust, timely communication, and the certainty of execution are three key characteristics that need to be considered. I recommend checking reviews online for anyone you are considering doing business with. I would be happy to connect you with one of my Houston hard money experts!

    Hi Kevin, we use Quick Lending LLC here in Houston. Application is straightforward. 12% interest w 2% origination fee.
