Need help finding conventional lenders in Cleveland / Ohio

Hi BP Fam - I am looking for any help in finding conventional lenders that offers competitive rates. I am specifically looking for the hidden gems like small banks that keep loans on the balance sheet, competitive brokers etc. I know its not a free information and I can help returning the favor by sharing the similar information in Massachusetts markets if thats helpful.
