We are moving to Miami in October and are looking for a real estate agent familiar with real estate investors. We are hoping to get a fixer upper, remodel, use it for 2 years, and sell 2 years later. 

Things that are important- lot size, ARV for remodeled properties in the area, advise on contractors if any, avoid flood zones
