Hello,
I am a new investor based out of Huntsville, AL. I have never wholesaled before but would love the opportunity to learn how to, I invest in hotels/motels. If anyone here would like to spend some time and teach some of these things, I would repay the favor by putting together deals in hotels/motels.

I am brand new, just getting started so I definitely would not be the best teacher hahaha. Otherwise, I would be happy to help. What I can say though is I paid a mentor to hold my hand throughout the whole process, help me select my market, etc. For me, I think that's what I needed to get into this. I've also seen some great free resources on youtube. Zach Ginn's videos are really helpful and he does not charge anything. Best of luck to you!
