Hard Money Loan Officer Wanted!
Longhorn Investments is a multi-state, direct hard money lender looking for someone to represent us in Huntsville, Alabama and surrounding markets. The basic qualifications are below. Please send a resume if interested.
- Experience with real estate investing - Encouraged that applicant is currently an active investor, wholesaler, realtor or hard money/private money loan originator - Excellent communication skills - Willing to work some nights and weekends (REI meetings and conferences) - Comfortable working on a commission/forgiveable draw basis
Marketing and promotional expenses will be provided. Full operations support in our corporate office.
Compensation is based on a percentage of funded loan amounts. Successful Loan Officers in other markets are earning $20,000 - $30,000 monthly with unlimited upside. We are currently looking for a hard-working, sales-oriented, energetic candidate that is passionate about helping clients meet their real estate investing goals!
