I am a broker in the Indianapolis area that specializes in off-market properties for Investors. I do a mix of wholesaling, and flipping. In the short term my ability to turn them around has been outpacing my ability to find the deal... So, looking primarily for more properties (for myself) to rehab and flip at the moment.

Hi Tony, what side of town are you looking at and how much rehab is to much? I am new to this but I'm out shaking the tree and would like to know what investors are looking for.
Hi Nick, You welcomed me when I signed up a few weeks ago, I've been D4D, cold calls and doing mailers. I should have asked you earlier what is it your looking for and what side of town? Let me know your criteria so I can have a better understanding what clients want.

I am good with anything in the Indianapolis area or any of counties surrounding 465. Rehab isn't so much of an issue, so long as the price is appropriate for the rehab budget.
