In the world of Facebook and Linkedin Groups is full of scammers. We are a serious family company in the real estate business and we are tired to swim in the lake of sharks!. I hope this the right forum to find financial partners who can work with us? Where are the serious people who want to earn ROI >10% of their investment or loan with a secure position in real estate, are you here? Yes, all contact with us are honest and trustworthy with a common goal to make money!

I would be grateful if you are here at BiggerPockets and contact us for more discussion.

    Most people here on BP are active investors not passive investors. While there are some passive investors here, I would not say BP is the place to seek raising significant capital.

    PML yes you can find here but most follow traditional standards of conservative loan to values and full understanding writing
