Looking for a lender for a 12 unit multifamily in kentucky

The property is an 12 plex all 2/1 listed for 1 million. No repairs need to be made.

I am a well qualified buyer looking for a 20% down loan with at least 25 year amortization. Let me know if this sounds like something you would be interested in.

I am not a lender but I am a real estate agent. I can point you in the right direction for a lender and give you some advice on such a purchase. Just depends on the numbers if that all makes sense for a good investment. Just DM me so I can get some details.
