Mentor and Getting Started in Denver

Hello Everyone,

I hope this message finds you all well. My name is Noah and I am 21 years old looking to get in further into the world of real estate. I have years of experience with property management, and I want to get into things like fix and flip and maybe wholesaling. Eventually I want to be just an investor in things like apartment buildings and larger scale projects. I just got back from a great conference and networking event for young realtors and investors in Washington, DC, but was looking for something like that here in Denver, CO.  I met many successful guys in their mid to late 20s, some of which who make 6 figures a month, all involved in either selling homes, investing, or Airbnb arbitrage. 

I am looking for someone I can speak to about getting started and potentially even a mentor that I can really learn the game from and get guidance from. I would love to grab lunch/coffee so please let me know if this is of interest to you guys. It's a great community on here and I look forward to hearing from everyone.

    Hey Noah, thanks for posting, I agree, Bp is such a tremendous resource.

    I’d love to grab coffee with you. I always love talking real estate. I’m happy to share my perspective on the market and ways to get started. I am an investor friendly agent in Denver and also an investor myself. I have 9 doors and have done rent by room, medium term rentals, long term rentals, short term rentals, arbitrage and recently a wholesale deal. I’m currently working on getting a flip as well.

    My main focus and passion though is helping people get started and getting that first investment property.

    I also host a monthly meetup, it’s always the last Thursday of the month from 6-8 at zeppelin station in Denver.
