Sourcing PML and Non-traditional lenders

I’m on FB and Investor groups scouring the search button for the last week. Is there something in BP that can help source PML or Non traditional lenders.

As Chris said, there are a few resources to find the bigger PMLs through searches. I've found that when people say theyre looking for private lenders, what they usually have in mind is the image of the local wealthy guy who does one-off loans in face to face meetings. If this is what you're looking for, networking is the answer. Local REI meetups and social media groups are usually the best places.

     Scotsman Guide, American Association of Private Lenders, The Buildyour investing team in BiggerPockets. There are 20+ private lenders here on biggerpockets that are frequently posting. 

    Is the issue you cannot find a lender or you cannot find a lender to fund a specific deal where the terms are not that great?

    Here on BiggerPockets, there are a lot of Private lenders here that are posting on forums and or on classifieds. If you're looking for a lender, you may find it here. As what I observed, legit lenders are using BP than FB. If you're looking for PML for REI and wanted to have a connection through personal meetings, you may post here and look for local lenders. But there are a lot of lenders doing nationwide financing solutions.

    To effectively source Private Money Lenders (PML) and non-traditional lenders, engage with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and property managers who might have connections to PMLs or alternative lenders.

     Might be an out of the box deal I believe. Its a single wide manufactured home that is on 5ac and am trying to get funding to put it on permanent foundation to cashflow along with airbnb's and RV space.

    I can occupy it, just i need funding to get it on permanent foundation. No fico, asset based PML or HML, no tape BPO/desk review as there isn't a foundation set to appraise yet.
