Hey there,
I'm looking for agents, brokers, loan officers, etc. to send me off market SFH's or portfolios. I'm a real estate investor looking to pick up anywhere from a few homes to 5-15 plus at a time with a portfolio. My preferred area is St. Louis , though I'd consider others, and my buy box is 2+ beds, as turnkey as possible, $400+ profit per door homes, and 100k and under per door.
