I am closing on my first short term rental property in Columbus Ohio. Does anyone have any good recommendations/referrals for some stellar handyman or cleaning companies? Thanks so much in advance.

    Hope to hear how your STR does there! The data for Columbus seems very strong if you got a good deal. I find handyman on local Facebook groups in the area, and they always are exactly what I need. Live nearby, fair pricing, and recommended by locals.
