Hey y'all! who here is working in land/infill lots/entitlements/building etc in the Florida market? would love to connect and be friends! Especially if you are near Orlando, would love to meet up and connect face to face.

Our company Orange Blossom Homes switched from residential real estate and new construction into the land sector full time last year, focusing on land entitlements, land development, and infill lot sales. Would love to connect and hear what you're working on

@Justin Stamper - keep me posted with any larger land/subdivision opportunities for high-density/townhome product. We work with several builders (smaller to regional) who are looking for lots to build.

Hey Justin, this is up my alley, I buy/sell land in Florida and throughout the U.S. I am currently expanding to doing subdivides, land splits, and doing a few infill lot sales. My main focuses has been just flipping them; however, I'd luv to connect with a developer or two to really take it to next level. Send me a PM, sorry to say not in Florida anymore, but know the market really well!

@Justin Stamper - We have two large land parcels near Jacksonville/St Augustine and Fort Pierce. Both parcels are right outside city limits
Let’s connect as we are looking for more land opportunities which are development path in 2 to 5 year timeline

mannnnnnnnnnnn i wish i could just hang with marley too. She passed away a few months ago after a failed cancer surgery :(

nice man! What kind of marketing do you do to acquire the land contracts? Are you targeting off market land or on market? would love to hear more about your business

I dont have plans unless we start to fund your deals.. I think I mentioned I am funding one up by Sanford mid month for one of my clients.

Man do I hate to hear that - sorry for you man, Marley was a good dog. In fact, no offense to Ashley or Duke or Keith (man is he a bad actor with his dumpster falls!) but Marley was my favorite star of the show. I loved it when she found an alligator or a sprinkler. I hope you get another good one like Marley. And maybe next time I'm down there we can hang and just BS some RE at that Oyster place @Jay Hinrichs mentioned.

dude id love to hang and grab some oysters. We are actually going for oysters tonight! Let me know when you're coming down! and yeah man, she was such a cute lil superstar. such a smart damn dog. I hope my next dog is half as good as marley girl was. at the moment i couldnt even imagine having another dog though. it is a hole in my soul that only time will heal.
