Looking for PA RE attorney willing to prepare docs for a private lender

I work with a private lender. My NJ attorney prepares his mortgage and discharge of mortgage docs for a fee. She also coordinates the funding of my deals with him.
As my lawyer isn’t licensed in PA, I’m looking for someone who can do the same for PA deals. He is not seeking to be represented (conflict of interest) and would sign a waiver to that effect.

    Lawyer does not need to be licensed to create a PML docs. I use an attorney form one state to issue all my documents. I have the title company review the mortgage/deed of trust as that is the only document recorded.

    Interesting thought. I’m not sure how that would work but I can look into it.
