Looking for a loan broker that can help with a low balance loan

I have a 6 unit under contract and am looking for a DSCR lender that can finance a low balance (under 400k) for a reasonable rate. I have been getting some pretty crazy quotes, and would like to see quotes below 8%.

Any loan brokers interested?
