Looking for a loan broker that can help with a low balance loan

I have a 6 unit under contract and am looking for a DSCR lender that can finance a low balance (under 400k) for a reasonable rate. I have been getting some pretty crazy quotes, and would like to see quotes below 8%.

Any loan brokers interested?

      I am happy to connect, however from previous experience, getting a DSCR loan at sub 8% on a 6 unit is unlikely

    We can definitely assist with financing your 6-unit property. We offer DSCR loans up to 80% LTV, and recently quoted a client in the low 7% range.

    we are also Direct Lenders so you save that broker fee
