seeking Contractor for projects in SO CAL (LA, OC, IE, SD)

I am a real estate investor active in Southern California single family and multi-family properties.

I am seeking an experienced and reliable contractor capable of rehab, remodeling, and ADU work from start through completion of projects.

Prefer to work with a small team / crew.
