Hello, I invest in C class multifamily properties in South Carolina. I am currently looking for private money brokers either locally or nationally. I seem to be having a hard time finding some. Does anyone have any experience with any reputable ones? If not, any recommendations on private money lenders?

lima one  is NC or SC based

Kiavi  national out of SF I think or they used to be.

Lending one  FLA

Conventus   SF based

that will get you going..  I just broke ground on a new build 6 F st. in charleston love that market for spec building not so much for rentals as the prop tax's go stratospheric so price points are important for rentals.
