Cheapest DIY Cost Seg, Best?
Just had the most confusing meeting with my CPA and summation of what I need to do is get a cost seg. Most the properties I own have a cost basis of $100k so getting a service to do a cost seg is out of the question. I may not be able to qualify for REP status this year therefore I may only do one. Obviously I will need that big beauty something to pass in July for 100% dep to make this make sense. F the 37% tax bracket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In your experience, what online DIY company is the cheapest? What about best?
