Hey guys!! I love coming to BiggerPockets whenever I feel like I need something real estate related. Today, I am looking for wholesalers that are either just getting started or with a small team. I am an investor looking for flips and long-term holds. I invest all around Texas but mainly focused on Houston. I do about 2-3 closings per month, I have a portfolio of 36 and have done many more transactions.

I would like to work one-on-one with a wholesaler who is looking to grow in the real estate industry. I am not looking for a big successful wholesaling company that sells deals at 75-80% rule.
