Hi everyone, I’m Irene, a Realtor and investor based in Oceanside, CA. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout North County San Diego – including Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, and Fallbrook – helping them find opportunities to build wealth through real estate.

In addition to helping clients locally, I'm also actively investing out of state. I recently completed a BRRRR deal in Columbus, Ohio and am working toward building a portfolio of 10 properties over the next two years. I've structured my business with a holding company and individual LLCs for each property, and I'm always learning how to improve systems, cash flow, and long-term strategy.
