Insurance for frat house in Orlando FL

Hey all,

I have a client who is buying a 8 plex (2 4plex's side by side) and the current tenant is a fraternity. The lease is for 10 years so solid and reliable income but the issue we are having is he can't find an insurance company to take this property due to the tenant. 

Does anyone have an agent they can recommend that they think can find some coverage for my client?
