Looking for Mortgage Servicing Company that will handle small client
I am looking to sell one of my commercial properties to the tenant on a private note. No issues with this per se as I have done this on residential a couple times. One thing I would like to do since this is a commercial tenant is to have a loan processor in place handling escrow for taxes and insurance and collecting payments. Does anyone have a mortgage servicing company that would work with a single note private seller? Unfortunately my lawyer and realtor don't have anyone on their teams that fill this roll.
