My business partners and I are buying single family homes in SWFL - Cape Coral, Ft Myers, North Ft Myers, Lee County, Naples, Punta Gorda, and the surrounding areas. We are mostly looking for value add properties but are open to other types of residential real estate in any condition. We are serious buyers who buy about 4 a month.
