My dad owns a property in Mesa, Arizona, and I’m looking to connect with a local Realtor who’s active in that market. I’d like to ask a few questions about current property values, market activity, and potential selling or rental strategies.
I'm a Realtor, I own two rentals in Mesa (that I bought this summer) and manage a few others for other investors as well. I've been actively looking for my next fix and flip project in the Mesa/Chandler/Gilbert area, so I've been looking at deals everyday and know the market well. I'd be happy to help, feel free to reach out to me.
Hey @Anthony Jimenez! Thank you for posting here on Bigger Pockets. I would definitely recommend connecting with.@Jeremy Holden if you have not already! He is an excellent investor and realtor in Mesa. He is actively having success for himself and helping many clients follow his blueprint.

Hey Anthony,
I'm a licensed agent in the area. I'd be more than happy to answer any specific questions about the market here etc. Feel free to DM me.
Mesa’s market has definitely seen some shifts recently, so getting local insights is key.
If you're evaluating whether to sell or rent, some things to consider are:
Rental demand: Mesa tends to have steady rental interest, especially in neighborhoods near ASU or light rail lines.
Price trends: While prices have cooled a bit from their peak, certain zip codes are still holding strong depending on condition and location.
Holding costs vs. return: If the property is paid off or has a low mortgage, renting might generate solid cash flow. On the flip side, selling could free up capital if that’s part of your or your dad’s goals.
Happy to help however I can, feel free to send me a message.
