Looking for realtor in Jacksonville

Hi all, 

I am looking for recommendations for a good realtor in Jacksonville. My interest is buy & hold SFH long term rental. Probably interested in Jacksonville Heights properties around 200k. If you can recommend anytime you've worked with, that would be great, thanks very much!

    It seems like you already have your crystal clear criteria(CCC) which is great.

    I would look at all the properties sold in the past 180 days which meet your criteria. 
    I would see if there is a consistent buyer agent helping investors buy those properties and then interview those agents.
