Looking for Land Buyers and Construction Financiers

Hello BiggerPockets, I am the owner of a building contracting company, "Millirons Construction Co.", in Northwest FL (Panama City) and I am just getting started on an infill development company, "Panama Development Partners, LLC". At the moment I am analyzing lots and sending joint venture proposals to vacant land owners. If anyone would be interested in connecting and getting deals sent to them I would be glad to connect. Deals range from $225k-$1.5m, specializing in residential, 1-16 units, speculative deals. The financials and tentative project schedule are included in each proposal with a list of comps, stakeholder returns, and breakeven points.
