Mini-BRRRR Refi Lenders for Rural Properties

Hi. 
I'm looking to refinance two properties where the rehab has just completed and I have tentant in one property and should have the other rented soon. 

I've had issues with some lenders not open for "rural" locations but these properties in great locations with great schools, Air Force base nearby, industry, etc. 

Please reach out if you know of or offer financing for these types of properties.

    What are the estimated values of these properties? Is the value coming from the land mainly or are there any sales to support the value?
